Music lessons

Brandi Rieck

 Having taught herself piano at a young age, Brandi has always had a passion for music.  She received her bachelors degree in Music education from the University of South Dakota and has more than 15 years experience teaching children and adults music and music theory.  

Brandi has been an active performer in the Sioux Empire, performing with the Sioux City Symphony, Sioux City Rochestra, Wayne State College, Lemars Community orchestra and many area small ensembles.

Weekly thirty Minute lessons are available that will cover music fundamentals, music theory, instrumental basics with a focus on playing properly and with good form.  Students will need to have a keyboard/Piano or chosen instrument available for them to practice when not at the studio.  

All levels of students from beginners to advanced are accepted.  Students under 6 must be accompanied by an adult to help student remember lesson.  I usually encourage parents/guardians to learn little of the lesson to properly "coach" students at home.  

Adult beginners are welcome!  I would love to help everyone on their journey through learning an instrument.  Learning music can be a great stress reliever as well as a great way to keep your brain strong along with working your fine motor skills.
